05Buying secondhand and vintage, done wisely

Because cast iron, carbon steel, and quality stainless are restorable rather than degrading, they’re also genuinely excellent candidates for secondhand and vintage purchasing, often at a fraction of new retail prices for equal or superior quality to current production.
